Accept an invitation to join a team
You were invited to a VerifyPDF account. This shows how to open the invitation email, set your password and log in, plus what to do if the email did not arrive.
When an admin invites you to a VerifyPDF account, you get an invitation email. Setting your password is how you accept the invitation. After that you log in and share the account with your team.
Open the invitation email
Look for an email from VerifyPDF. It shows who invited you and includes a link to join. Click the link to continue.
If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder before anything else.
Set your password
The link opens a page where you choose your own password.
- Enter a password.
- Confirm it.
- Save it.
Setting the password accepts the invitation and creates your sign-in. The admin does not see or set your password.
Log in
- Go to secure.verifypdf.com.
- Enter your email and the password you just set.
- Sign in.
You join the account as a regular member. You can verify documents and see the shared history right away. To learn what your role can do, see Admin and member roles.
If the email did not arrive
The email can be delayed or filtered. If it does not show up:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Go to the login page and use the forgot password flow with your invited email. This lets you set a password without the invitation link.
- Ask the admin to confirm they typed your email correctly, or to invite you again.
If your invitation is refused
If your email is already used on another VerifyPDF account, the invitation is refused. Each email can belong to one account only. Ask the admin to invite a different address.
Once you are in, you can update your details any time. See Change your password or email.
