Plans explained

VerifyPDF has three plans: Basic, Professional and Corporate. This article explains what each one includes so you can pick the right fit. For current prices, always check the pricing page.

Start with a free trial

Every new account starts with a free trial. The trial lets you verify real documents before you pay, and it also lets you add colleagues and try team features. When you are ready, you pick a paid plan.

The three plans

• Basic is $19 per month and includes 150 documents per month. It suits one person who runs steady, lower-volume checks. Basic does not include colleagues or the API.
• Professional is $99 per month and includes 1,000 documents per month. It adds team members and the REST API. This fits most busy compliance and operations teams.
• Corporate is custom-priced for high volumes and specific needs. It also includes team members and the API. Contact sales to discuss it.

Which plan fits you

• Choose Basic if you are one person checking a modest number of documents and you do not need colleagues or the API.
• Choose Professional if you work in a team, want the REST API or expect to verify up to about a thousand documents a month.
• Choose Corporate if your volume runs well beyond a thousand documents or you need custom terms.

When prepaid bundles help

Prepaid bundles add extra documents on top of any plan. The documents in a bundle are used only after your monthly allowance runs out, and they do not expire at the end of the month.

Buy a bundle when:

• You have a busy month and do not want to upgrade your whole plan.
• Your volume is uneven and you would rather top up than pay for a larger plan all year.

What counts as a document

Each paid verification uses one document from your monthly allowance. When your monthly allowance runs out, verifications draw from your prepaid balance instead. See How prepaid bundles work for the full order of use.

Features that need a higher tier

Two features are not on Basic:

• Adding colleagues needs a trial, Professional or Corporate plan.
• The REST API needs Professional or Corporate.

If you need either, start on Professional.

Who sees billing

Billing is admin-only. Regular members do not see the Billing page. To learn more about roles, see Admin and member roles.

Change your plan later

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect right away, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. See Change or cancel your plan.
